These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services operated by LumaScor LLC ("LumaScor," "we," "us," or "our"), including lumiecho.app, sculpty.fit, and lumascor.com. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our express written consent

Artificial Intelligence

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate personalized content including briefs, insights, and responses. This content is generated based on information you provide and is intended to support your own thinking and decision-making — not to replace it. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on content generated by our Services.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated price. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant LumaScor a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or check-in content.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within our Services — including LumiEcho., Sculpty., and the LumaScor brand — are the exclusive property of LumaScor LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LumaScor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the product settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
